Esteemed Industry Leader Salvador García Named Managing Director, Mexico

MEXICO CITY-billups, the world’s largest independent out-of-home (OOH) technology and managed services company, today announced the appointment of Salvador García as Managing Director, Mexico. This pivotal addition marks a major step forward in billups’ commitment to global expansion and deepens the agency’s footprint across Latin America.

García brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience in advertising, media, and business development across Mexico, Central America, and Spain. He has held key positions at Latcom, TV Azteca, and Planet IFE, where he consistently led high-performing teams and oversaw multimillion-dollar campaigns for global brands across industries such as tourism, consumer goods, retail, finance, and automotive.

Holding dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Digital Development, García combines technical acumen with a passion for integrated OOH and DOOH media solutions. His new role will focus on establishing and growing billups’ operations in Mexico, building client partnerships, and accelerating the adoption of the company’s measurement and analytics capabilities in a dynamic and growing market.
